Q. What size unit do I need?
A. Our storage consultants can help you to determine what size is best for your specific needs. Contact us via phone or

Q. How much does a storage unit cost?
A. Rates are monthly and vary based on convenience and size. Any of our storage consultants can help you determine your specific storage requirements give you a free estimate based on that.

Q. How long do I have to rent a space?
A. Customers sign a month-to-month agreement. This provides you with maximum flexibility. We do offer longer term contracts and discounts.
Q. Do I need to insure my belongings?
A. The Texas Self Storage Association lease
requires that you have insurance for property over $1000.00
stored in our facility. We do not directly sell insurance, but we can provide you with information from companies that we would recommend that specialize in Storage Insurance.
We also suggest you consult with your homeowners insurance
provider as you may already have some coverage for items stored
away from your home. Air Control Storage has no liability for your property.
Q. Who supplies my lock?
A. We provide you a lock at move in. We do have
locks available for sale if you need an additional one.
Q. Are my stored belongings safe?
A. Air Control Storage is out-fitted with multiple security and safety
features that are monitored 24 hours a day. All of your belongings are stored in your own private storage
room. You keep the key. You must sign in at the office before
gaining access to the storage areas. No one else can gain access except you and those who you authorize.
All residential spaces and main building commercial spaces are
inside spaces with burglar alarm protection. Some larger
commercial spaces in out-buildings can be outfitted with alarms
at customer expense and to their specifications. Our property is completely fenced and lighted.
